Valentine's Day has come and gone. We celebrated on the 11th with dinner at Julian. We were surprised that they were serving the elusive and rare Boulevard Chocolate Ale. Mmm...elixir of the gods! Unfortunately, we were so ga-ga over the beer that dinner took a back seat. It was delicious, but it was all about the beer. We'll definitely go to Julian again - it was a casual place and reasonably priced too. As for the beer? We'll have to wait until next year because it's all gone!
There's been a ton of activity in my sewing room. I finished quilting the Pure Baby Boy quilt by Teaginny Designs. The binding is ready to sew on...the finish line is in sight!
Work continues on my KC MQG Robert Kaufman "No Prints Allowed" challenge quilt. I think the deadline needs to loom a little larger before I feel any sense of urgency. For now, I just do a little here...and a little there. Here's a sneak peek (or two):
That's all for now my friends...I'll check in with you again - soon!
